Realy nice segement! I did combine it with this segment: komoot.nl/highlight/1445976 "Strak fietspad recht door Zuidoost." to ride 10km in Amsterdam with only 1 traffic light!Maybe the segment is a bit to long and want it to be split up in chuncks. Entered at at the bridge at Diemerbos and left it at the Nesciobrug.

Nice route that brings you right from Amsterdam east into nature without having to pass most of the city.
