The Diergardt’s Forest nature reserve is located in the municipality of Brüggen in the Viersen district in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The approximately 83.66 ha area, which was placed under nature protection in 1988, extends west of the core town of Brüggen not far from the north and west border of the Netherlands. The state road L 373 runs to the south. The 1328 ha NSG Brachter Wald lies to the east and the 296 ha NSG Elmpter Schwalmbruch to the south.
