Because of its area-wide use for wine-growing, the Tuniberg is criss-crossed by a dense network of well-asphalted farm roads, which are ideal for cycling away from the main roads. Without local knowledge you can follow the Tuniberg-Höhenweg, which runs through the entire elevation from north to south. Although the attribute "mountain" seems a bit exaggerated given the very clear differences in altitude, there are some very crisp ramps that can definitely push the racing bike transmission or the associated motor to the limit.

The Tuniberg is a limestone survey in Breisgau, which is 312.4 m above sea level. NHN rises only slightly above the Upper Rhine Plain, which lies here about 190 m above sea level
