Because of its area-wide use for wine-growing, the Tuniberg is criss-crossed by a dense network of well-asphalted farm roads, which are ideal for cycling away from the main roads. Without local knowledge you can follow the Tuniberg-Höhenweg, which runs through the entire elevation from north to south. Although the attribute "mountain" seems a bit exaggerated given the very clear differences in altitude, there are some very crisp ramps that can definitely push the racing bike transmission or the associated motor to the limit.
