Best Mountain Biking Routes to Charcoal Kiln Exhibit Walhausen

Tips

  • A traditional charcoal festival is held in Walhausen every 5 years, you should take a look

  • Walhausen is a charcoal burner village. A 14-day festival is celebrated here every 5 years, during which charcoal is produced in a self-made coal kiln and skimmed off after 14 days. The display coal pile shows how the Buchholz is stacked up in the pile. Very interesting place. I also hidden a cache for geocachers. Have fun exploring this beautiful place
