From the high point of Beacon Howes, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the North Yorkshire coastline, down to the quaint village of Robin Hood's Bay. Beacon Howes is also home to a pair of Bronze Age Round Barrows, measuring up to 59 feet (18 metres) long! It is thought that the splendid view from this vantage point would have been central to their location.
