An Sgarsoch is a 1,006m Munro mountain in the Scottish Highlands. I followed the River Dee from Linn of Dee and left my mountain bike at Geldie Lodge before climbing this Munro (together with Carn an Fhidhleir) on a very wet day. Without a bike, this would be a very long outing indeed.

Best tackled second after Carn an Fhidhleir. From the Bealach there is a faint path up to the summit. To descend head north until a stalkers path is reached and then this can be followed to the outward path.
