Nice path along the banks of the Elbe. You can hike from Hitzacker to Tießau, a nice alternative to the sometimes busy Elbuferstraße. You can also cycle here relatively well, but the section from the sewage treatment plant to Tießau is more suitable for mountain bikes (single trail with a few inclines, roots and sometimes tree trunks cross the path).
