      This rustic hut of the PWV St. Ingbert was built in 1912 (see door lintel).

      About the name: Heinrich Kohl (*01.12.1873; +06.11.1936) from Neustadt/Weinstr. was a pioneer and very active co-founder of the PWV (in 1902).

      At that time, the forest area of the Kingdom of Bavaria on the left bank of the Rhine included not only the Palatinate, but also parts of what is now Saarland.
