The Gedeonseck or Vierseenblick is a vantage point above Boppard and the Bopparder Hamm. Bopparder Hamm is the name given to the largest loop of the Rhine. The slopes on the left bank of the Rhine are characterized by viticulture. At 75 hectares, they form the largest contiguous area under vines in the Middle Rhine Valley. Mainly Riesling, Rivaner and Pinot Noir are grown there.
