This property was first mentioned historically in the 16th century. The mill at the bridge over the Trave, the horse stable, the bakery and an outbuilding belonged to the noble Gut Nütschau. At the end of the 16th century, the Heinrich von Rantzau estate was transferred and passed on to the owner.
