On the 4-Dörfer-Weg you can usually look forward to forest and meadow sections with fantastic views of Ohlbrück Castle and the entire Eifel area up to the Rhine or even the Siebengebirge. Not so with the foggy weather conditions on this -2° winter day. Sometimes the sun seemed to win, but mostly the fog. The highlight this time were the wonderful, sometimes mystical light and fog games. Conclusion: This circular hike is also suitable as a winter hike.
