    Hiking

The sunrise up here is very worthwhile... it takes about 30 minutes from the Goiserer Hütte

The green-clad rocky summit of the Kalmberg is a real highlight on its own, but the view that awaits you at the top is simply breathtaking.

Absolutely stunning views and still full of fresh snow at the end of September. Very beautiful.
My friend and I also managed the route as inexperienced, but probably that wasn't so smart.
The path is mostly full of coarse boulders that you have to walk through carefully. Hiking sticks, which we didn't have, would have made things a lot easier, especially on the descent.
The route is a little over six hours, it took us 9 hours with breaks and enjoying the landscape. Next time we'll be better prepared - physically and with equipment.
