Best Hikes to Mindelsee Nature Reserve

Tips

  • Lake Mindelsee is embedded in the nature reserve of the same name, which provides a habitat for numerous plants, insects, birds and other animals. On the north bank of the western tip of the lake you will find a hidden bathing area in the middle of nature, which is called a lido. Here you can reach the water of the beautiful lake via a footbridge.

  • Free parking at the train station / campsite, before it goes over the rails left. Since men may still stop in the campsite restaurant after the hike, but I have not tried. Also possible by train. Start directly at the train station / campsite
Mindelsee at Markelfingen. one of the oldest nature reserves in Baden-Wuerttemberg, since 1938.
