My most beautiful circular route in the highlands of Sri Lanka is off the tourist path through the Stassen Organic Estate. On perfect paths, it goes up to the tree line and then down over serpentines. Fantastic views of the south or the mountain ranges and below you always see a small village with its colorful houses on the steep slope.
