Deggendorf Airfield & Restaurant - Café at the Airfield

The airfield directly on the Danube is beautifully surrounded by nature and many swimming ponds,
which invite you to great bathing pleasure in summer and
are ideal for curling in winter.In the restaurant-café at the airport you can stop off very nicely; there is delicious food at good prices.

It is only about 1.5 km from the airport to the Danube through - depending on the season - colorful meadows.You can stop off at the airport for a bite to eat, there is Italian cuisine, although not immediately after the restaurant opens at 11:00 a.m. but from around 12:00 p.m.
You can make yourself comfortable on the terrace and enjoy watching the flight operations.And if you visit in summer, the nearby Hackerweiher (named after the company that mined the gravel here) invites you to cool off a little.
