The landmark of the Moselle is the old ferry tower (cornerstone laying 1863). Since the 16th century important ferry service was set after the bridge construction in 1972 Löf / Alken. Also worth seeing are the old, above the village located Gothic parish church of St. John, the new, built in 1869/70 by Hermann Nebel Catholic parish church of St. Roch and the old rectory, a half-timbered building, which is located below the old church in the Oberstraße; There is an apple wine cellar there today.
