Again and again a great breaks place, which is very well established. Very delicious food and a variety of drinks. From here you can cycle on the Luppedamm further to Leipzig.

Until the 19th century, a hut was used for forestry and hunting purposes on the site of today's restaurant. In 1928, next to the hunting lodge, a tourist restaurant with the name "Domholzschänke" was opened. The name derives from the domicile possession of this part of the alluvial forest, which was therefore called "Dömerey wood" and later "Domholz".

There are delicious Fassbrause in pink or green. Beautifully located in the forest. On-site parking. Can only be recommended by bike or as a hiking destination, even with a dog. You can move on in all directions after a break.
