Unfortunately, this unpaved climb is no longer accessible to cyclists. At the top and bottom you see, next to an official footpath sign, clear fences + narrow turnstile to keep out cyclists. The street name has also changed from 'Heytgracht' to 'Heytgrachtvoetpad' ... It should be clear ... we as cyclists are no longer welcome here.
Don't worry though ... Would you still like to cycle up unpaved from Valkenburg? Then - just west of this highlight - take the challenging unpaved starting climb of the Shimano MTB route:
