A super beautiful course that is very extensive. After the course you can acclimatize to the swimming lake and end the day. As a beginner, you should already pay attention to which route you choose. Grusgrav MTB spurs in the Söndre plantation, approx. 4km
south-east of Varde.
Short very easy "green", beginners to medium "blue" and demanding "red [black]" route.
If you choose red and add a little blue,
you get to a good 10 km total distance 👍 ... 😋😋
If you choose the red route, there is the ChickenRun here and there, but it is not specially marked ... all in all
