The mansion in Niepołck was built in the years 1707-1717. It was a half-timbered building built on an elongated rectangular plan with two floors. The whole was covered with a high mansard roof with pediments.

After the war, the manor was unused and quickly fell into ruin, which it was a few years ago. Currently, the manor is undergoing extensive renovation. The owner is the heritage association "Mill - Paper", which from the grant of the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Szczecin restores the object. The owners' assumption is to restore the former appearance of the manor. This is important because the manor house in Niepołck is the only preserved half-timbered building in this area.

The facility is accessible from outside, but renovations are underway, so access may be difficult.

Around the palace there are former farm buildings and a manor park. The park covers an area of 6.8 ha. It is located on a gentle slope leading from the court towards the Płonia River. The proximity of the river makes the park area partly wet, due to the damaged drainage system. Trees such as oaks, lindens, chestnuts and plane trees grow in the park. Many of them are monuments of nature centuries old. Part of the chestnut-maple alley has survived in the park. There are also shrubs - black lilac, common hazel, European euonymus, lilac.
