However, you must first obtain a ticket at the Check point located in the main square just in front of the Basilica of San Petronio, as the daily visits in this period are staggered and in addition you need the Green Pass. In any case, you can only visit one tower because the other is under renovation. To get to the top there are only stairs, no lift so there are quite a few steps.
