The toll road in the Berchtesgaden Alps is only a few kilometers outside of Salzburg. The driveway of Marktschellenberg can be connected at the beginning with beautiful and low-traffic side roads. In addition, this site is also more scenic and you have not only a beautiful view of the Berchtesgadener Land and the Watzmann, but also on the Hoher Goll, which is located directly next to the Rossfeld.
Once at the top you have an incredible view of the Untersberg, Salzburg, Hallein, Golling and the Tennengebirge. With a good view you can also see the Dachstein.

Great mountain road with a magnificent panorama. The road itself is easy to drive. The climb there is not always easy.
