On the forecourt of the former hospital church, which was demolished in 1971.
This simple memorial was created by Ludwig Cauer and erected on May 7, 1928, by the Berlin State Insurance Institute. At the front is a (mourning) figure and the following inscription:
The Berlin State Insurance Institute erected this memorial to the employees of the Beelitz Sanatorium who fell for Germany between 1914 and 1918.
