The large country inn built in Riedbach near Schrozberg in 1715 is now a "Bioland" and "Slowfood" business! Under the direction of the new tenants, the Gehr family, a concept is being implemented in which regional and traditional, but at the same time innovative food and drinks are the focus of the offer. The basics of cooking, where all food is freshly prepared, are organically produced foods from the area.
