Cordovado, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is an ancient medieval village that has a well-preserved historical core: the castle, the area of the ancient parish church of Sant'Andrea and the area of the seventeenth-century Sanctuary of the Madonna and convent of the fathers Dominicans, which connect the oldest village, located in a fortified area, to the "Borgo Nuovo" built in the Renaissance period.
