It is a perfect place to eat something on a cycling route between León and Asturias. The restaurant menus are affordable and of good quality. It is a perfect place to start a demanding MTB route. I recommend doing the Arcediano route, starting in Oseja and going up the Ponton from Pio de Sajambre, linking to the Panderrueda pass and going down from the picnic area again to Oceja following the Arcediano, to reach the Los Porros viewpoint and then the refuge of Vegabathroom. Go back to the beginning along the old path passing through Soto de Sajambre.
