The first documented mention of a church occurred in 1322. Today's hall church has a square, essentially Romanesque choir tower and an apse with an apse cap. The top floor of the retracted choir tower is octagonal. On top of it sits a bulbous, slate-covered hood that supports a lantern. The choir is covered with a Gothic ribbed vault. The nave has three axes and is covered with a gable roof. The flat ceiling in the interior was only installed after the Middle Ages. The church was rebuilt in 1834; a name can be found on the inner portal in the west. Two-story galleries were built on the long sides of the nave. The three-part extension in the west, which serves as a vestibule, was built later.
