On the site of a church mentioned in 1293, an imposing baroque-style church was built in 1780, which is reached via a staircase. The Romanesque bell tower has been completely renovated. On the facade in neoclassical style, two niches surrounded by stucco work boast the modern statues of San Secondo and San Pietro. In the nave, Corinthian-style columns support the cornice on which the barrel vault rests.
The stucco work in the choir and in the side chapels is of fine workmanship. The paintings were executed by Lorenzo Peretti from Buttogno (Valle Vigezzo). They depict scenes from the life of the church patron in the choir, the baptism of Christ and numerous saints in the side chapels. The high altar dates from the 19th century. The statue of the Madonna in the niche to the right of the entrance dates back to the 17th century. The church treasure contains two supporting crosses from the 16th/17th century. Century.
