Kaiserau Castle is located on a wide plateau and is a listed building. The property dates back to the 12th century and belongs to the Admont Abbey. It used to be a hunting lodge for imperial guests such as Archduke Johann of Austria. The castle was badly damaged by fire in 1942, but was rebuilt in 1950.
