This very interesting structure is an 848 m long A3 motorway bridge. The bridge was built between 1970 and 1975.
The bridge train consists of a 412.5 m long foreland bridge made of prestressed concrete, which lies in the right Danube foothills, and the steel 435 m long river bridge, a cable-stayed bridge, the pylon of which is on the left bank of the Danube. The transition between the two bridge sections takes place on a 53 m long and 7 m wide dividing pillar.

In the direction of Niederalteich, the Donauradweg leads to the left of the motorway, or to the right of it you can hike along the Danube bank to Feld / Wiesenweg.
