Tips
Several old oak trees, some of them beautiful, grow around the crossroads (the so-called Urgestern) in the middle. This "oak circle" has been protected because of its rarity and uniqueness and is listed as a natural monument: ND-H 060!
In the past, people are said to have met here for the big hunt in the Burgdorfer Holz.
From here you can explore nature on foot or by bike in a total of 5 different directions. The place also offers a place to sit and rest!
