A path rich in serpentine slippery in some places, but an enchanted forest of large-leaved snowball plants. Your poisonous umbels should not be confused with the edible elderberry from home. Further down our path crosses a narrow gorge in the shade of heather and eucalyptus trees. Taginasts now line the right side of the path. On the rocky slope above you can see the different lava layers: loose rock alternates with solid basalt blocks. After heavy rains, stone exits can be expected here.
