Small turnaround parking that can be reached by cars with decent clearance when dry, though it's a nice hike up to here as well. . Barnhardt trail starts here and continues for miles into the backcountry. Y-Bar is a somewhat steep trail climbing southwest toward Mazatzal Peak. It it possible to make a loop by connecting the two trails around Mazatzal Peak.
