The London England Temple is a Mormon church in Newchapel in Surrey. The unusual temple's construction began in 1958 and it became the first Mormon temple to be built in the UK. The huge building covers an area of 42,775 square feet (3,974 square meters). Portland limestone covers the exterior, with a green copper spire. Although you can only enter the church with a 'temple recommend', it is nonetheless interesting to look at from the outside.
