Worth Forest is a pretty area of woodland in Sussex. You can easily cycle through the forest via the Worth Way, a former railway line which was closed in the 1960s. You'll find plants such as the Guelder Rose, Common spotted Orchid, and wild strawberries. It's also rich in wildlife. Look out for the many different species of butterflies, as well as bats, adders, grass snakes and common lizards.
