The carillon on the square in front of Sindelfingen's town hall is not of historical value. The carillon is just as old as Sindelfingen's town hall. It was built when the new building was rebuilt and it first played at the inauguration of the administrative headquarters in the 1970s.

The bronze sculpture by the sculptor Kurt-Wolf von Borries from 1977 entitled "Exit V" can be found on the town hall square. The letters SPOR on the manhole cover are the Latin abbreviation (Senatus Populus Romanus = Senate and People of Rome) which was used in ancient Rome to mark public property.
