Great tour, but really only recommended for sure-footed people with a head for heights. At one point on the way there you have to climb past a small rock, just above the chasm. On the way back you can climb over this small rock. You don't feel that exposed. After foggy or rainy days the trail can be a bit greasy as the sun doesn't reach the trail in winter. Nevertheless, overall a very worthwhile tour with a great view of the mouth of the Masca Gorge. How the path was built into the sheer cliffs is a marvelous feat of engineering.
