A nice piece to link into Batchfield lane. Surface can be a little muddy in places, but theres a little bit of everything road, grassy doubletrack and single track, but manageable on a CX or gravel bike. Barrier to stop cars and bikes getting through.

The bit by the small woodland can be rough as seems 4x4s use it but otherwise this is all doable on 32mm city tyres.

I love these old lanes that have disintegrated. Something very nostalgic about them. Great for a bit of rough stuff these days!
