The Twargenmolle was already mentioned in 1913 by Wilhelm Lampe in the Osterode calendar as "Dwarf Molle on the Kahlberge". According to Dr. Familienbuch Hermann Ude from 1938 served the dwarves from the caves on Kahlberg as a cradle for their children.
