The "Three Men Under One Hat," actually farmers, symbolize the jointly created land consolidation that took place up until the beginning of the 21st century (2006), in which numerous small individual plots were redistributed and consolidated into larger fields. To achieve this, the farmers and the community worked together, reconciling everyone's needs, something that seemed almost impossible.
The bronze statue was created by the Utting artist Max Bayer.
