The viewing pavilion on the Kirchberg is located in the Heidingsfeld vineyard Kirchberg, halfway between the vineyard chapel and the motorway service area and offers a wide view of the Main valley.
The covered platform with benches and table was built in 2009 by the Würzburg and Heidingsfeld field jury. They want to draw attention to the activities of the field jury (the oldest honorary position). The work was supported by the city of Würzburg (timber) and students from the Josef Greising School (woodwork).
