The Egesengipfelkreuz 2631 meters is the highest point of the Egesenberg. The Gipfelkreuz can be reached in about 1 to 1.5 hours from the Dresdnerhütte. It is a fairly tough climb, but manageable for the average hiker! The view above is magnificent!
