The Red Kogel is a proud 2,832 meters high and the first true summit on the Sellraintaler hut round. You reach the Roten Kogel from the Potsdamer Hütte and enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Sellraintal.

Many trails lead to the Roter Kogel – both summer and winter (a popular ski tour).
The Kastengrat is suitable for walking, but not for beginners.
