Very long, but beautiful and varied tour despite the rain. From P Campo Blenio only 20 minutes of wooded forest road, then sometimes steep sometimes tarred road up to Cabanna Scaletta. You could drive this route under the Scaletta for about 30 minutes with the alpine bus for 10 Sfr, but probably only drives twice a day and was too late because of dubious weather. In addition, a very nice elevated path and car-free, only the bus is allowed to drive. Would be a good MTB route too.
From Scaletta, unfortunately, rain, it was wet than ever! Great Greina Plateau, sometimes lunar landscape, sometimes lush green hills with ponds, but jogged through because of thunderstorms ...
From the Cabanna Motterascio there is a beautiful view of the fjord-like lake. From the lake it takes off (there would be a bus back, but I would have frozen out while waiting), i.e. through an 850m tunnel to the reservoir and then at some point a car to hitchhike. Mostly no data / cell phone reception! Speedcross / light mountain boots are enough, just.

Top RR route, hardly any traffic and the western street car-free. Long, pleasant incline, wide, well-kept road. A 250m tunnel with a passable elevated sidewalk. Generally beautiful valley and great views

Nice round, practically car-free except for the quayside. Next time it is better to start e.g. in Magliasco, then you don't start with the Arosio Pass and only have one ascent, because the ascent was tough. But there was at least a shady forest P at 32-38 degrees. Without a tunnel.

Nice round, very little traffic, only moderate traffic on the main road, no tunnels 😁

Generally hardly any traffic and somewhat shady. Upwards 2 short tunnels without any problems. Moderate traffic on the quayside and a long, life-threatening tunnel. It is best to push on the 40 cm wide "sidewalk" and press yourself against the wall of cars! Very nice round because of the mixture of Lake Como views and deserted wooded mountain valleys with villages in between

Goods in my opinion 8-9 hours walk, so a very long tour! P would be possible further up. The first 30 minutes on this path or even further up on another path would go with MTB.
Sturdy mountain boots and sticks are absolutely necessary at the top because of the long, steep, via ferrata-like forest flank, above a long block field and again and again block fields and streams. Extremely well secured with iron chains etc. V.a. Over the forest very nice tour directly under the glaciers and Badile etc. Friendly hut, where there are hardly any day guests due to the length of the tour. The road has only been open since June due to the 2017 landslide, on a completely new route

2 hours in full sun and very steep, but over beautiful high alpine pastures up to the fork. Short 30-minute exploration in the direction of Maroz, but the plan to walk through Val Duana, immediately abandoned, would be a 2-day tour; So sturdy mountain boots dragged along for free. Next Val Cam and Plan Lo are beautiful green alpine pastures. Down very steep and ENDLESS through shady forest until the panorama path leads back across. General nice tour, easy, speed cross enough, poles necessary because of steepness. Do not underestimate the ascent and descent ...

Wonderful, very simple enjoyment tour with a stop in the paradise garden and a magnificent mountain panorama. Sneakers without sticks are enough.

Do not try this! Just wanted to do a little late afternoon lap, but since the next villages were too close, Soglio attracted me ... generally beautiful way there, but nothing for MTB! Pushed / carried the bike up 20-30 min steps and Piedmont-like stone slab paths ... Soglio a picture book village! Great way back and grandiose cafe in Promontogno. Main street hardly used for laziness, one could also return to Promontogno by bridge and one way.
      Despite the plague, great tour!
