It took us several attempts to find Dwasieden Castle. Hidden deep in the forest, it's actually quite easy to spot. You leave Sassnitz toward Neu Mukran. At the end of the village, you'll see a supermarket on the right, followed by a right-hand bend. Turn left here and continue until you see the sign for war graves. The main road bends left; you drive straight ahead and park immediately on the left in a small parking lot. Then follow the path on the left into the forest. First, you'll see a rotten gate, then dilapidated buildings, and finally the stables.
