The Silberkaule mine was opened by a tunnel, the three shafts of Mals, Baur and Carl Paula, which had a total depth of 206 meters, and five civil engineering foundations with a total of 3700 meters of track and a mining height of 180 meters. The length of the aisle, which was worthy of construction, was a maximum of 340 meters and decreased to the deepest level over a length of 40 meters.
The ore processing plant was located on the Heckbach in the valley floor. Today you can only see the old washing piles here.
