The Haseuferweg is part of the "Hase-Ems-Tour", a 265-kilometer long cycle path that leads from the Hasequelle at Melle along the Hase and the Ems past the mouth at Meppen to Rheine. The Osnabrück section, which will in future still be provided with a new signposting for long-distance cyclists, is one of the most varied sections and it is worthwhile for city dwellers as well as for foreigners, who are already ready to hike or cycle along paths. Idyllic nature, wild industrial romance, contemporary witnesses of the medieval origins of the city alternate - and show Osnabrück from a completely different angle.
