One of my favourite climbs. Approach it from Plasmolen (south side), after a very steep start you are rewarded with great views over the heather. Road continues to go up (and down) over the next couple of km's. Only downside is that the small path can be crowded on sunny weekends.

Switch on, rest, switch on and above all enjoy. One of the most beautiful trails in this area and also largely car-free. The first few hundred meters also suggest that you are facing a very tough climb, which adds to the experience. It's not that bad in the end, but all in all, this is a gem!
