Hiking

From the 13th century the Johannisberg was one of the most beautiful parks and leisure facilities around Bielefeld. They met there for parties, held concerts or just strolled and enjoyed the view. Unfortunately, it was so badly damaged during World War II that the remains were demolished in the 60s. But since February 2016, a lot has happened: in the context of the project "StadtParkLandschaft" was redeveloped here and so far 9 information panels on the history set up.
