The hall building is a multifunctional event and congress center in the Palatinate city of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse. It is used for cultural events such as theater and concert performances as well as for conferences, congresses and exhibitions.
The German Wine Queen is usually crowned here.

The hall was built between 1871 and 1873, when the Palatinate belonged to the Kingdom of Bavaria, by the Munich architect Albert Geul in the neo-renaissance style.
The forecourt east of the main entrance is named after the Neustadt publisher Daniel Meininger, who had the idea to choose the German Wine Queen.
